POOL REGULATIONS

By accessing the swimming pool, guests fully accept these regulations.
The swimming pool is neither supervised nor monitored. Guests must exercise the utmost caution. The pool manager expressly informs users that no lifeguard service is provided.
Permitted opening hours:
- Swimming pool: from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM
- Hot tub: from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM
Use of the swimming pool and hot tub outside the indicated hours is strictly prohibited.
Opening period: from April 15th to November 15th. The water is not heated. If the water temperature falls below 18°C (64°F), the pool may be closed even during the opening season.
Pool specifications:
- Swimming pool: 17.50 m x 5 m – constant depth 136 cm
- Hot tub: constant depth 100 cm
The water is treated with chlorine, fungicides, and pH-regulating products as required.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Running or diving
- Shouting or listening to music through loudspeakers
- Organizing parties or dancing events
- Smoking throughout the entire pool area (€250 fine)
- Entering with animals
- Bringing glass, fragile objects, or appliances connected to electrical outlets
- Eating or drinking in the water
- Entering while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or medication, or in poor health conditions
- Behaving in a rude, dangerous, or inappropriate manner
Access for minors:
- Prohibited for children under 14 years old
- Allowed from 14 to 18 years old only in the presence and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. Access is prohibited to minors under 155 cm in height.
Before entering the swimming pool, it is mandatory to:
- Take a shower (located next to the steps at the bottom of the garden)
- Sanitize feet
- Wear rubber slippers or shoe covers in the pool area (not in the water)
- Wear only swimwear and a swimming cap
Entering the swimming pool wearing clothes other than swimwear is prohibited.
Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for persons with wounds, abrasions, lesions, warts, dermatitis, fungal infections, or other skin conditions of suspected infectious nature, as well as immunocompromised persons.
Swimming alone is prohibited:
- For safety reasons, swimming alone is strictly prohibited.
- Entering the water is allowed only in the presence of at least one other person.
- Considering the absence of supervision, no assistance could be provided in the event of illness or accidents.
- The property declines all responsibility for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with this rule.
The pool area includes steps both near the hot tub and close to the entrance. Guests are advised to exercise maximum caution.
Maximum capacity:
- Swimming pool: 35 people
- Hot tub: 9 people
- Total maximum capacity of the facility area: 100 people
Access to the swimming pool is prohibited during thunderstorms, bad weather, or adverse weather conditions.
Swimming within 3 hours after consuming meals or cold beverages is not recommended.
Restrooms are available on the second floor of the B&B La Quercia and inside the rooms of the adjacent accommodation facilities.

In case of emergency, the first aid kit is located at the end of the swimming pool, after the hot tub, to the right of the shower.
The emergency telephone is available to the right of the shower and to the right of the concrete technical room, and is clearly marked.
The stretcher access area is located in the parking area, beyond the black fence surrounding the pool.

The property and ownership are not responsible in any way for valuables or personal belongings left in the swimming pool area or its surroundings.
Acceptance and liability:
- By accessing the swimming pool and accepting these regulations online during check-in, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above rules and safety warnings.
- The guest expressly releases the property and ownership from any civil or criminal liability for damages to themselves or third parties resulting from their behavior or failure to comply with these regulations.
